As soon as you accept an offer, ASM will support you in getting up to speed through our onboarding program. That means pre-onboarding gamification learning, a new hire welcome pack, and a checklist to ensure you are prepared from day one to your first 90 days. A local mentor in your business area will be assigned to guide you and support your inquiries as you acclimate to your new role. Specific ASM and role training will help you to get a thorough understanding of our culture and our leading-edge products.


Training and development

At ASM, we believe in investing in our employees through our programs, such as ASM University, Harvard Manage Mentor. These programs help everyone in their own personal developmental journey by offering functional, technical, and soft skills learning modules. We actively encourage all employees to 'Drive their own Development' through Individual Development Plans, working alongside their managers to grow in ASM and capitalize on our continuous development opportuntiies.

We also support high potential employees with exclusive talent development programs in our ASM Leadership Academy, LEAP, and Elevate, where we help you step up your game in your current role while preparing you for the next challenges in a constantly competitive landscape.
